Is 2FAS Auth Backup safe?

Yes. In both backup cases, whether it is an exported file or a cloud backup (iCloud or Google Drive, respectively). In addition to standard security and our end-to-end encryption, data can be encrypted with your password, so we encourage you to do that. However, remember this password because the backup will be useless without it.
