Two Factor Authentication Service, Inc. (“2FAS,” “we,” or “us”) provides 2FAS Pass, a mobile application and browser extension that allows users to store and manage passwords locally or via end-to-end encrypted cloud sync. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with 2FAS Pass.
We do not collect or store your passwords, credentials, or vault contents. All sensitive data is encrypted on your device and, if cloud sync is enabled, encrypted before transmission.
We may collect anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics, device and OS type for technical support, or purchase and subscription data (processed by Apple or Google only). We do not link this information to specific users.
Cloud synchronization (e.g., iCloud or Google Drive) is optional and fully encrypted. We do not have access to the encrypted data or the encryption keys.
We do not access your vault contents, require you to register or create an account, or collect any contact information unless you contact us directly. The app and browser extension do not use advertising trackers, or behavioral analytics.
App store platforms process subscriptions. Any crash or sync data is handled by third-party service providers under terms that prohibit use for unrelated purposes. We do not sell, share, or use personal data for advertising.
If you contact us and share personal information (e.g., support requests), you may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use after an update indicates your acceptance.
