The first thing you should do is contact your service support, ask for details, and make sure that you have switched to Two-Factor Authentication via our app.
When your service account is linked with 2FAS Auth, you will start seeing codes on the main screen of the app.
Security note:
If you haven’t turned on Two-Factor Authentication on your service, and it asks you for a code, your account may have been hacked, and someone else has enabled Two-Factor Authentication. You should contact the service support immediately, explain the situation and ask to turn the Authentication off.
